Zusammenfassung. Der Beitrag beschreibt das international verbreitete Konzept der Working Alliance (Arbeitsbeziehung) von Bordin, das die Beziehungsgestaltung in den Mittelpunkt therapeutischen Handelns stellt, und diskutiert seine Anschlussfähigkeit für die Logopädie/Sprachtherapie. Das Konzept unterscheidet drei zentrale Komponenten starker Arbeitsbeziehungen: die Übereinstimmung in den Therapiezielen (Goals), eine gute Kooperation und Abstimmung bzgl. der therapeutischen Aufgaben (Tasks) und ein positiv wahrgenommenes emotionales Bündnis (Bond). Summary. The Therapeutic Alliance. A basic model of the working relationship in speech and language therapy practice

This article describes Bordin’s internationally known concept of the Working Alliance, which places relationship building at the center of therapeutic action, and discusses the transferability of this theory to speech and language therapy practice. Bordin distinguishes three central components of strong working relationships: agreement on therapy goals, good cooperation and coordination with regard to therapy tasks and a positively perceived emotional alliance (bond). The authors explain the potential of the concept for speech and language therapy and pose questions for further discussion.
